WARE CRICKET CLUB "100 CLUB'
Terms and Conditions
1. The "Ware Cricket Club 100 Club' shall commence on 1st November yearly.
2. The subscription to the "Ware Cricket Club 100 Club' shall be £24 per year per number, payable in advance or monthly by cash, cheque (made payable to "Ware Cricket Club') or standing order.
3. 50% of the monthly payments make up the "Prize Fund', while the remainder goes into club funds.
4. Members may have multiple subscriptions.
5. Anybody over the age of 16 can become a member of the "Ware Cricket Club 100 Club'. Membership is not restricted to those associated with "Ware Cricket Club', and you are encouraged to get family and friends to join. (The more members we have, the bigger the prize fund!)
6. Members joining later in the year will be charged on a pro-rata basis, to fall in line with the renewal date of 1st November each year.
7. The "Ware Cricket Club 100 Club' shall not be limited to 100 members.
8. A member is eligible for inclusion in the draw for any month so long as the subscription for that month has been paid.
9. Each member is allocated a permanent number in the monthly draw at £2 per number. This number shall remain that member's number while their subscription is up to date. This number will be allocated by the administrator.
10. There will be one prize draw each month, made by a random number generator and witnessed by an independent adjudicator.
11. In any matter requiring adjudication, the decision of the "Ware Cricket Club' committee shall be final. The committee shall also have the power to amend or revoke these rules at their discretion, and will provide reasonable notice to the members where necessary.
12. The monthly prizes awarded will depend on the number of members in "Ware Cricket Club 100 Club, made up of 80% of the prize fund and will be a minimum of £24 per month, equivalent to an annual 100 club subscription.
13. 20% of the prize fund will be held back for a "super draw" to be added to the October draw, drawn at the annual dinner dance event.
14. The administrator will make all reasonable efforts to pay or post prizes to the winners within 1 week of the draw.
15. Winners names will be displayed on the club website at www.warecricket.com and be notified by email after each draw
16. A list of all members of the club will be available to view on request, as will a list of all winners to date.
17. The "Ware Cricket Club 100 Club' will be formally registered with East Herts Council, in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005
